What exactly do I pay for?
You pay per verified lead delivered to you. A verified lead is a real customer within your service area, enquiring about a job in your trade, with confirmed contact details. Nothing else generates a charge — not ad spend, not account management, not the time it takes us to generate the lead.
How is this different from Angi, Checkatrade, or similar platforms?
Those platforms sell the same lead to multiple contractors and charge for access to the platform regardless of results. With LeadFirm, each lead is sent to you only, you pay nothing until a lead arrives, and there is no platform subscription or membership fee. Your competitors do not receive the same contact.
What if I receive a lead that turns out to be invalid?
Raise a dispute within 48 hours of receiving the lead. We review it within one business day. If it fails our criteria — wrong area, invalid contact details, fake enquiry, wrong trade type — it is removed from your invoice. We do not argue about legitimate disputes.
Do I have to commit to a minimum number of leads?
There is no minimum volume commitment. You tell us how many leads per week you can realistically follow up, and we set a cap at that figure. You can adjust the cap or pause delivery at any time with reasonable notice.
How quickly will leads start arriving?
Campaign setup typically takes several business days from the point we have agreed your trade, service area, and lead criteria. Once live, the timing of individual leads depends on customer search activity in your market — we cannot guarantee a specific lead per day, but we do not charge until they land.
Which countries do you operate in?
We currently generate leads across the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Canada. Coverage varies by trade and region. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific area before we commit to a start date.
Is there a contract or tie-in period?
There is no long-term contract. Our arrangement is ongoing with reasonable notice to pause or end service. We prefer clients to stay because the leads are converting — not because they are locked in.
